Perform this activity to check in tools and equipment to the tool crib.
Once the tool/equipment is checked out and the required work is performed it can be checked back into the tool crib. Check in can be done from several places. If the tools and equipment are checked out to a person, they can be checked in from the tool/equipment pages or from the Checked Out Tools and Equipment page. Tools and Equipment Check In assistant can also be used to check in tools and equipment.
To check in tools and equipment using the check in assistant, go to the Tools and Equipment Check In assistant and select the person ID of the person (i.e., technician) who is checking in the tools and equipment to the tool crib. Resource field LOV filters all the checked out tools and equipment, from the tool list select the tools and equipment that needs to be checked in and click Check In.
