Define SLA Commitments on Request Bundle Tasks

Explanation

This activity is used to add one or more SLA Commitments manually on the Request Bundle Task. SLA Commitments can be manually added directly onto a Request Bundle Task, and is in other words the entity defined in the fulfillment criteria of the SLA Commitments.

Manually adding SLA Commitments can be done through an assistant directly from the SLA Tab of the Request Bundle Task page.

Prerequisites

• A Request Bundle Task.

System Effects

• An SLA Commitment will be created.
• The created SLA Commitment will have status Planned if no due date is set.
• The created SLA Commitment will have status Active if a due date is set.
