Manually Connect SLA Commitments

Explanation

This activity is used to manually connect one or more SLA Commitment to a request bundle task. Manual connection of SLA commitments to request bundle tasks can be done directly through an assistant available in the SLA tab on the Request Bundle Task Page. Any non-cancelled SLA commitments having a scheduling/execution connection with request work task in the bundle, can be applied to the bundle task. These commitments are used for scheduling/execution purposes.

Prerequisites

• A Bundle task should have been created.
• SLA commitments that need to be connected should fulfill the following criteria
  • Should not be cancelled
  • Should have scheduling/execution connections with at least one request work task which is in the bundle.

System Effects

The SLA Commitments will be connected with the request bundle task
