This activity is used to modify skill requirements in a Request Task. When a Service Request is created, all applicable skill requirements will be captured from the Standard Task, Location, Service Object and Activity Type and inherited to the Request Work Task's Resource Demand. You can add, delete or modify existing skill requirements in Request Task level.
You can use skill templates to add multiple skills. Each skill record needs to be unique.
The attribute Share with Corequisite is used in scheduling to control whether all resources performing a group of tasks (all starting at the same time) must have the required skills, or if it's enough for just one resource in the group to have them. If set to Yes, the value will be inherited to the Work Task to control scheduling behavior.
As a result of this activity, Skill requirements for the Request Task resource demands will be finalized.
