Confirm Risk Analysis

Explanation

This activity is used to signal the completion of the analysis on the risk record and to change its status to reflect this completion.

A Risk Analysis ID must exist with Analysis in Progress status.

The status Analyzed is assigned to the risk analysis.
On confirmation, the risk analysis is automatically assigned a Last Assessment Date and the Next Assessment Date is calculated and displayed, based on the review period defined.
The Risk Analysis Revision Number is increased by one.
The risk analysis history record is inserted into the risk cost exposure records shown on Risk Analysis/Exposure Per Revision tab.
