Enter Competitors

Explanation

In the Sales Competitors page, you can enter competitors that might have a negative impact on your company's sales quotations or business opportunities. You can also list each competitor's different products. Recording competitors and products here allows you to retrieve that information later and enter it in the Involved Parties tab in the Sales Quotation, Business Opportunity and CRM Business Object pages or for sales quotation and opportunity lines.

As a result of this activity, a competitor and products are defined. Information on this competitor will be one of the options you can access by using the List of Values in the Sales Quotation, Business Opportunity and CRM Business Object pages.
