Enter Additional Customer

Explanation

This activity is used to connect additional customers to the service contract. This is useful, for example, if different departments within a company are defined as separate customers but should still be allowed to use the same service contract. This means that the additional customers can be used on service requests using the same service contract. Use Customers tab to add a new customer.

The customers entered here can also be used as alternative customers to whom the service contract can be invoiced if required. The full pricing logic for the primary customer is also applicable for the additional customers on the service contract.

Prerequisites

Customers should be defined in Customer.

System Effects

As a result of this activity additional customers will be connected to the service contract.
