Remove Supplier Evaluation Setup Approval

Explanation

Use this activity to remove the approval of a Supplier Performance Evaluation Setup to enable the possibility to add more suppliers to the evaluation.

Note: Remove approval will not impact any of the supplier performance evaluations which were already created in the system during the setup approval.

Prerequisites

Supplier Performance Evaluation Setup should be in status Approved.

System Effects

As the result of this activity

• The status of the Supplier Performance Evaluation Setup will be Partially Approved
• When the setup is in the partially approved state, user can add more suppliers into the setup. Once the setup is re-approved, newly connected suppliers will get supplier performance evaluation records automatically.
