New Work/Addtional Work

Explanation

In New Work page it is possible to create a new Work Order (separate) and a task, with the possibility to add resource demand and /or an assignment in the dynamic assistant with diffrent options. With possiblity to add attachments.

• Report a problem
  • Results in a Work Order and Work Task.
• Request work that needs to be done
  • Results in a Work Order and unassigned Work.Task.
• Create work  that I will perform
  • Results in a Work Order and Work Task Accepted to the user.
• Report work that I have done
  • Results in a Work Order and Work Task in Work Done satus.

From The Additional Work command on a ongoing assignments it possible to create an additional task to the current work order (extending the scope) with the possiblity to add a resource demand and/or assignment. It´s include the possiblity to copy Work Order/Task information and upload attachments.

Prerequisites

• Resource has to be connected to relevent site in Resource Details page.

System Effects

As a result of this activity,new/additional work will be reported in the system.
