This activity is used to sign off Bundle Tasks. When there are tasks connected with sign off requirements, the work task status cannot be set to the Work Done status on a Bundle Task level until the Executor sign off is performed.
Once the Work Started status is set on the Bundle Task level, Work Done option is enabled in the Work Tasks tab. An assistant appears when choosing this option to enter the credentials of the user that performs the sign off.
Following the Executor sign off, the Work Done status can be set on the Bundle Task level and all the individual tasks are also set to Work Done. If the requirements for an Inspector or Independent sign off were defined, Perform Inspector Sign Off or Perform Independent Sign Off will be enabled, in the respective order.
Note: The same person cannot perform several sign offs.
The Bundle Task status should then be set to Reported manually as opposed to automatically being done on an individual task level.
Note: All the sign off requirements must be performed to set the Bundle ask to the Reported status.
As a result of this activity, an Executor, Inspector and Independent sign off is performed on the Bundle Task.
