Enter Application Values
Explanation
This activity is used to enter application values to an application connected to a valuation in the
Planned status. It is possible to add application work value, application stored material and retention
release.
Prerequisites
- The supplier (contractor) is defined as a B2B supplier by the Contract Owner.
- The B2B user is connected to the supplier in B2B User - Supplier by the Contract Owner.
- The application is connected to a valuation in the Planned status.
- The B2B-status for this valuation is set to Released or In Progress.
System Effects
- Application work values and application stored material updated on the valuation.
- Retention application released are updated on the valuation.
- If the B2B-status was set to Released before, the B2B-status of the valuation is changed to In
Progress.
