Listing of Employee- wise Salary Setting Managers
Explanation
In this step, employees who are affected by the movement will be listed together with the Salary Setting Manager
and the Salary Review Approval Configuration. Here too, the user would be able to modify the information.
Prerequisites
- Employee should be included in an active Salary Review.
- New Salary Setting Manager should be included as the responsible person for the organization or should have
access to the employee.
- Salary Review Approval Configuration should be defined.
System Effects
- For each employee, a Salary Setting Manager and Salary Review Approval Configuration will be set.
