This activity is mainly performed by the approvers & Initiators. Approvers would be able to review the information that was submitted by the Salary Setting Manager and either they could approve or send back for changes.
Initiators would be able to propose revisions for employees.
Any salary revisions made for the base salary including base salary dependent compensation types and base salary independent compensation types can be reset in the Initializing Review, Change Requested and salary review Submitted states.
To perform this activity following is required,
· Approved Salary Review Plan
Through this activity the budget allocations for organizations and Proposed Increment amounts per employee will be changed.
