Once the Salary Setting Managers and the Approvers are properly set, next is to start the Approval process of the Salary Review Plan. To commence the approval, user needs to change the status to “Ready For Plan Approval” by clicking on the “Set for Plan Approval” button.
To perform this activity following needs to be done,
“Initiate Approvals” activity should be performed for the Salary Review Plan
At the end of this activity Salary Review Plan status would be updated to “Ready For Plan Approval”.
