View Employee Analytics

Explanation

Through the dialog “View Employee Analytics” a manager can view the employee’s performance and the salary change details history.
The Performance Evaluations list is displaying all the performance evaluations that the employee went through and the ongoing evaluations as well.  

The Performance and Potential Matrix list are displaying the performance scores and the career potentiality levels.  Salary History allows the manager to see the basic salary details and the allowance details for a specific period.

Prerequisites

In order to see the information on Employee Analytics,

• Performance evaluations must be defined.
• Performance and Potential Matrix must be defined.
• Basic salary detais and allowance details must be defined.
