Account Search

Explanation

Use this activity to find leads and accounts and get an overview of interactions with a specific lead or account. Below are several ways the Account Search Widget can be used.

• Search for an account or a lead: Use the widget to search for a specific account or lead.
• Business activities for an account or lead: Click the Activities icon to see all business activities for a specific account or lead. Select one record in the list to get a summary of an activity and navigate to the Details to view the Business Activity details page.
• Business Opportunities of an account: Click the Opportunities icon to see all business opportunities for an account. Select one record in the list to get a summary of the opportunity and navigate to the Details to view the Business Opportunity details page.
• Sales Quotation of an account: Click the quotation icon to see all sales quotations for an account. Select one record in the list to get a quotation summary and navigate to the Details to view the Sales Quotation details page.

Prerequisites

• Account information should be already included in the system.
