Download model

Explanation

Download model process is a part of Model customization. There are two ways to navigate to the Download Models page to download models.   

  1. Search Download Models via Navigator. From the Navigator, open the Download Models page.
  2. Click Download Model via the Analysis Models page.   

Navigating via the second method is only applicable if the selected Analysis Model is delivered by IFS. Download Model option is not available for Uploaded model entries.   

IFS Cloud Web Navigation:   

  1.  IFS Delivered Model via Analysis Models page - Latest version of the model is Pre-selected  (Title, Release, Model version)             
  2.  Non-IFS Delivered Model via Analysis Models page - Navigation disabled (Download Model option is not available) 
  3.  Search directly via Navigator (No model is selected) - No value is pre-selected in the drop-down                     

Title, Release, and Model version need to be selected to enable the Download Models button.

As a result of this activity, the selected model should be downloaded as a Power BI file into the local folder.
