Edit Workload Job Definition Details
Explanation
This activity is used to modify the basic details of a created Workload Job Definition. The
Edit option can be used from the Workload Job Definitions page or
Workload Job Definition page.
For a Workload Job Definition which is not System-defined,
- The Edit option enables the Workload Name, Description, and
Active fields to be modified.
- Workload Name and Description can be updated by typing in a
value.
- Active status can be switched by selecting the appropriate value (Yes/ No) from the dropdown
accordingly.
For a Workload Job Definition which is System-defined,
- The Edit option enables the Active field to be modified.
- Active status can be switched by selecting the appropriate value (Yes/ No) from the dropdown
accordingly.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity,
- The necessary permission set needs to be granted to the user.
- Workload Job Definition should be created and available.
- The Edit option should be available.
System Effects
As a result of this activity,
- Once the changes are saved, changed details will be updated.
- If the Active status is set to No, the schedule will not trigger a refresh
for the related Workload Job Definition.
