[IFS/BR Report Mode Help Guide]

Report Archive

All published reports are stored in the report archive after they have been ordered. Each time a request is made to view a published report a user log is generated in the report archive with the information of the report creator and the report user.

Using IFS EE Client to View the Report Archive

1. Open and logon to IFS Cloud
2. Open the Report Archive window
3. Select browser option, e.g. Ordered by me
4. Select a report instance from the presented list
5. Use RMB option Show BA Report to open the as either an IFS Business Reporter report (i.e. Excel with Business Reporter functionality attached) or as a pure Excel report (if in design a selection was made to remove Business Reporter functionality when processed by the Business Reporter Execution Server).
6. Log in to IFS Business Reporter using your credentials if you want to modify the report. This options does not apply is the report is a pure Excel report.
