Remove Report Distribution Group
Explanation
The Remove Report Distribution Group function allows you to delete an existing report
distribution group from the system. This action permanently removes the group and all associated user
memberships.
Important Considerations:
- Only the group owner can delete the group.
- Removing a group will affect report distribution for all members of that group.
- Deleting a group does not automatically delete the reports themselves, but it prevents future distribution to
members of the deleted group.
By carefully considering these factors, users can effectively manage report distribution groups and optimize
report sharing within the IFS Cloud environment.
Prerequisites
- The selected report should be an operational report.
- The user should be granted with required Permission sets.
