Setup Report Rendering
Description
Setting up report rendering in IFS Cloud involves configuring various components to ensure optimal report
generation and delivery.
This includes:
- Report Message Queues: Define queues for different report types or priorities. Configure queue properties
like capacity and processing order.
- Report Print Task Templates: Create templates for different report types or output formats.
- Report Node: Configure the report node, which handles report processing and distribution.
- Report Application Messages: Define messages for report-related events (e.g., success, failure, progress
updates).
- Logical Printers: Create logical printers to represent physical printers or virtual destinations and
configure printer properties like name, location, and driver.
- Report PDF/A Settings: Enable PDF/A compliance for archiving and long-term preservation and Configure PDF/A
settings like version and level.
By carefully configuring these components, you can optimize report rendering performance, ensure accurate
output, and streamline the reporting process within your IFS Cloud environment.
Prerequisites
