Explanation
This activity is used to Preview the ordered report according to the available layout of the user’s
choice.
Prerequisites
- The selected report should be an operational report.
- The user should be granted with required Permission sets.
- Required report projections must be included in the granted permission sets.
System Effects
This activity empowers you to customize your report experience. Select any published layout (identified by the
enabled In use field in the Report Definition) and preview the report instantly in that specific format.
Outputs:
- A PDF format preview of the report will be prompted.
- Report Archive entry is created for the preview action along with a unique result key.
- Print Manager entry is created for the preview action along with a unique print job id.
