Report Images

     Report Images in IFS Cloud are a powerful tool for enhancing the visual appeal and information content of your reports.

     Types of Images:  

• Static Images: These images are typically added to reports as design features and are unique to each report. 
• Logos: Used for company branding or identification.
• Signatures: Can be added to PDFs for authentication or approval purposes.

     Working with Images:

• Import: Upload images to the Report Images page.
• Reference: Add image references to your report layouts using the layout designer tool.
• Configure: Set image properties like size, position, and formatting.

     Key Considerations:

• Image Format: Ensure images are in a supported format (e.g., JPG, PNG). 
• Image Size: Optimize image size for efficient rendering and transmission.
•  Storage: Consider storing images in the database depending on your requirements.
