Finish the Termination Assistant

Explanation

Use this activity to close the assistant and terminate employment of selected employees.

Note: Employment will be effectively terminated on the date specified in the assistant, so only then employees will be moved to a former employee group. If employee's payroll provider is "CloudPay",XML file will be generated and sent to CloudPay.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, all assistant steps and fields marked as mandatory have to be filled in.

System Effects

As a result of this activity:

• Number of employee assignments will be set for termination, based on the selected assistant configuration.
• Depending on the configuration, the assistant will create a list of actions that have to be taken in regards to employment termination.
