Define Authorizations
Explanation
This activity to create, modify and view authorizations. Authorizations are used to identify the persons who
have the rights to:
- Approve part classifications entered on the part catalog and on the supplier for purchase part.
- Approve export license.
- Connect an export license to an order.
- Override license connection to be able to proceed with an order although a required license is not
connected.
- Documentation access to be allowed to handle export-controlled documents, as identified on the Document
Management/Document Revision/Export Control tab.
