Register Credit Card Type Details

Explanation

This activity is used to define credit card types and to link individual credit cards to each credit card type.

When defining credit card types consider the following;

Select Reimbursable option if linked credit cards have transactions that should be reimbursed to the employee. This setting is commonly used for private credit cards that have transactions reimbursable by the company but also private transactions that should not be reimbursed. Private transactions can be deleted in the Credit Card Transactions window.
Note that these transactions will be indicated as reimbursable in the Expense Sheet window.
Note that only the last four digits will be visible when credit card number is entered in Credit Card Number field while the remaining digits will be indicated with an 'x' sign.
