The system uses this activity to synchronize account information in IFS Cloud with the data in a third-party application.
If the chart of accounts is managed and owned by a third-party application, the IFS Cloud data must be updated to match the data in this other application. IFS Cloud receives the account information from the other system and automatically processes it by either registering a new account or updating an existing one.
If any errors occur while IFS Cloud is receiving the updated data, these can be viewed in the Financial Connector error lists.
There are no prerequisites to run this activity.
The process results in a new or updated account.
