This activity is used to link together: data subject, selected data processing purpose and subject's personal data.
In the name of the dialog you can see the type of Personal Data Purpose you are currently configuring and at the
top of the page you can select the data subject whose data can be stored for selected purposes.
In the table you can see all data processing purposes available for the selected data subject. By selecting them,
you will allow data to be stored for the chosen purpose for the chosen data subject.
To link a data processing purpose with relevant data subjects and subjects' personal data, in the
Personal Data Processing Purposes page click Configure
Purpose
and then the Purpose Configuration dialog will be opened.
Then select a Data Subject whose data you want to store for the selected purpose and in the
Personal Data Management List table, select the data that you want to store for the selected
purpose.
To link data subject's personal data to relevant purposes, in the Personal Data
Management page, select the data category you want to configure and click Data Processing
Purpose.Then the Data Processing Purpose Configuration dialog will be opened and in the
Data Subject field, select a data subject whose data you
want to store for the selected purpose. Then in the Data Processing Purpose List table, select
purposes for which you want to store personal data.

As a result of this activity, data subject, selected data processing purpose and subject's personal data will be linked together.
