Specify Basic Data PCA (Periodical Cost Allocation)
Explanation
This activity is used to specify basic data for IFS/Periodical Cost Allocation.
When performing this activity, below should be specified.
- The Rollback Mode specify how the rollback of the periodical cost allocation vouchers should
take place.
- The Execution Mode specify whether it should be possible to execute many steps at a given
time or whether the execution should be carried out one step at a time in sequence.
- The Period Sequence Validation specify whether it should be possible to activate a periodical cost
allocation procedure without closing the periodical cost allocation procedures of previous years.
- The User Group or Year End User Group used for running IFS/Periodical Cost Allocation during ordinary and
year end periods.
- Enable the Allow PCA for External Projects radio button if you want to make it possible to carry out
the periodical cost allocation process for external projects.

In order to perform this activity, a company should exist in IFS Cloud.
