Define Hazards
Explanation
This activity is used to define the actual hazards which can cause accidents in the organization. Hazards may be
of different types.
Use Hazards window to view all hazards currently registered in the system. You can query or filter data do
inspect ,e.g., in how many assessments a hazard is listed.
The following options are also available in Hazards;
- Risk Assessment - opens the Risk Assessment where the selected hazard is loaded together
with the assessment that lists it. The Hazards is already opened and all hazards connected to the
risk assessment are displayed.
- Risk Assessment Hazard - opens the Risk Assessment where the selected hazard is loaded
together with the assessment that lists it. Focus is on the Hazards, with the hazard already
selected from the graphical structure with all of its details visible.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, hazard types are required to be already defined in the Risk Assessment Basic
Data/Hazard Types page.
