This activity is used to track the Expiring Qualifications (Certificates/ Competencies).
The qualification expiration reminder email is sent to the recipients defined at the Expiring Qualification Reminder Template page.
The Expiring Qualification Notification Log and Expiring Qualifications - Connected Jobs pages are linked from this page. Through these pages, users can view and track expiring qualifications.
The Notification Log page displays the email status. The email sent status includes showing the Expiring Qualifications. If the qualification field is empty (no email was sent), a brief explanation will be shown in the error message field.

In order to enable notification on Expiry Qualifications, the following activities must be performed.
Expiring Qualification Reminder Template must be defined.
Expiring Qualification Reminder Templates needs to be connected to Competencies or Certificates at the Competencies Structure page or Certificates Structure page.
Note: The users can add information to both Competencies and Certificates Structure pages
