In this activity the user can execute observations that have not been executed.
Execute and completet observation:
1. Open the Execute and Complete Observations assistant.
2. Enter the Observation code or choose one from list of values.
3. Enter the Device ID or choose one from list of values.
4. Choose between the two different actions -
a) 'Execute Operations and Complete' executes the operations
for the observations and changes the state to complete if successful.
b) 'Complete' only sets the the state to complete without
actually executing the operations.
5. Choose between the two different Options -
a) 'Schedule' if this activity should be a
scheduled task.
set date and time, language code and
activation.

b) 'Start now'.
6. click
on 'Finish' to create a background job.
Incoming observations that has not been executed.
Observations are executed and the state changes to 'Completed'.
