In this activity the user reviews the unknown observations and looks for observations that are not in the completed state.
review observations:
1. Open the Observations page.
2. Search records where Code Exists option is disabled. Follow the process of registering
unknown observations.
3. Search records where status is not equal to Completed. Follow the process of check
configuration and execute.
