This activity is used to review an unknown observation. An observation is unknown when the the observation code, as received from the discovery environment, is not registered in IFS Cloud in advance.
To review unknown observations:
1. Open the Observations page.
2. Searh for records where Code Exist option is disabled. Follow the process of
registering observation codes.
As a result of this activity a user can see the details of an observation that is unknown.
