About User Role Management

There are six different user roles in the Lifecycle Experience Portal namely Build Place User Admin, Technician, Customer Solution Developer, Customer Solution Consultant, IFS Product Support Developer, and IFS Product Support Consultant. Any of these user roles are assigned to a user via the Service Now Form on IFS Cloud Build Place User Management. After submitting the form, the user will be notified via email and he or she will get access to the Build Place afterward.
