Edit Incorrect Transactions

Explanation

Use this activity to edit a failed transaction available on the Failed Transactions Details page.

Before editing the record, try resending the failed transaction to see if it successfully goes through to IFS Cloud and disappears from the list of failed transactions.

Prerequisites

• Has occurred due to a mismatch between the mobile app and IFS Cloud, and the data needs to be changed at the transaction level.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the data record will be changed so it can be resent to IFS Cloud.
