Resend Transactions

Explanation

Use this activity to reprocess the transaction as the mobile app user to ensure a full audit trail of the mobile app user's transactions. You can use Try Resend button to perform this activity.

Failed Transactions

Prerequisites

• A failed transaction has occurred due to a mismatch between the mobile app and IFS Cloud, and you have either edited the failed transaction or tried to resend it as is

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the failed transaction will be resent to IFS Cloud and disappear from the failed transaction list.
