Modify PM Program

PM programs can be modified by adding/removing work task templates, valid for sites, or item class.

• When the revision control on Active PM Program is ON, it requires to create a new revision in order to perform modifications.
• When the revision control on Active PM Program is OFF, modifications can be performed without creating a new revision.

Show work task template changes

Changes made on work task templates that are connected to a PM program can be viewed using this activity. The possible changes on work task templates include; adding/removing Work Lists, Materials, Tool/Equipment, Permits, Maintenance Triggers, and Planning lines. When connected work task templates are modified, it will be indicated on the PM program with the Work Task Template Changes Exist field. Use Task Template Changes button to view the work task template changes.

Replace Obsolete Work Task Template Revision

When work task templates connected to a PM program is in status obsolete, it will not be possible to apply the PM program on objects. Thus, using the Replace Obsolete Work Task Template Revision command enable replacing obsolete work task template revisions on a PM program with Active work task template revisions.

Change PM Program/Revision

Use this activity to change the PM program on equipment objects, tool/equipment, or linear assets to another PM program. PM program on the object will be changed to either a different revision of the same PM program or a new PM program. There can be two different scenarios;
