Quick Purchase Order Registration

Introduction

Quick Purchase Order Registration gives a possibility to enter a purchase order in quick and easy way. In main purchase order page validation takes time when entering new purchase order lines. This prevent users from entering purchase order lines in a quick way.

Entering a Quick Purchase Oder

In the assistant header user needs to enter supplier, coordinator, site and receipt date. Optionally there is also a possibility to add a project activity connection.
When the user has entered the values for assistant header, CRUD create will be enabled in the list. The user can then either enter part numbers and quantities manually in the list or add multiple lines in one go, using the add multiple parts assistant. Optionally the user can also use a purchase order template or an existing purchase order to insert lines into the order lines list, by using the add from template or add from order command.
