About Prepare Scheduling Data

In this process the user can define the availability, priority, region and other necessary information for the request work task so that the PSO or dispatcher will have the necessary information to schedule the request work task and assign/allocate resources withing the promised preferences, timelines and other commitments. Below information can be maintained under scheduling data in summary for a request work task: 

• Region – The region of the request work task so that resource allocation is optimized by region. 
• Availability – When the customer/location/object will be accessible to attend to the request work task. 
• Preference – Preferred resources to be allocated/assigned to the request work task. 
• Scheduling Constraints – Different time, duration, visitation related constraints applied on the request work task.  
• Displacement Priority – The priority given to the request work task in scheduling if there are multiple work tasks in the request. 
• Scheduling dataset – Categorization of resources and request work tasks into different pools so that the assignments can be done within the pool.
