Clear Shopping Cart
Explanation
The Shopping Cart is a place holder for the products that the user wants to order. Use this activity to delete
what has been placed in the Shopping Cart. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.
This activity can be performed from the lobby page Order Management for Customers and the lobby
element for Shopping Cart.
Notes:
- This activity can also be performed for each line separately, by selecting a line in the Products
group and click the Delete command.
- The Shopping Cart is also possible to reach from Products page, Product Detail page and
Favorite Products page.
Prerequisites
- In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
- The user has added at least one product in the Shopping Cart for the customer, specified as the user’s
default customer, in B2B User – Customer page
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the shopping cart is deleted, and a new can be created.
