Initiate Bulk Order

Explanation

Use this activity to initiate a new Bulk Order to start bulk ordering process. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer. Perform this activity from the lobby page Order Management for Customers and use the Lobby Element: Bulk Orders. Or else use the Bulk Order page from the navigator.

Use the New button to initiate a new Bulk Order.

Note:

• Newly created Bulk Order will get an automatically assigned number by the system.
• New Bulk Order can be created without providing a description.

Prerequisites

• In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
• The user must have the appropriate B2B Customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer page.
• The user must have been set up with an appropriate default coordinator in Sites per User page.

System Effects

Bulk Order will be created with a system assigned order number.
