Initiate Order Template

Explanation

Use this activity to initiate a new Order Template. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer. Perform this activity from the lobby page Order Management for Customers and use the Lobby Element: Order Templates. Or else use the Order Template page from the navigator.

Use the New button to initiate a new Order Template.

Note:

• Newly created Order Template will get an automatically assigned number by the system.
• New Order Template can be created without providing a description.
• New Order Template can also be created using Add Products to Cart function in Bulk Order, in which the Save as an Order Template option should be used. 
• Submitted orders can be saved as Order Templates using the Save as a Template option in the Order Details page. 
• Products included in the template can be added into an open Bulk Order using the Add to Bulk Order option.

Prerequisites

• In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
• The user must have the appropriate B2B Customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer page.
• The user must have been set up with an appropriate default coordinator in Sites per User page.

System Effects

Order Template will be created with a system assigned Template ID
