View Accepted/rejected Quotations
Explanation
Use this activity to view information about answered quotations. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting
as a B2B Customer.
You can perform this activity in the lobby page: Order Management for Customers and the lobby
link: Accepted/Rejected from lobby element: Quotations.
Note: Quotations with rental lines are excluded.
Prerequisites
- This activity is applicable for the customer B2B solution.
- In the Customer/General tab, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
- Only quotations connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer
page, are presented.
- At least one quotation with header status Accepted (Won State in Enterprise Explorer) or
Rejected (Lost State or Rejected Status in Enterprise Explorer) should be existed.
