View Open Order Lines
Explanation
Use this activity when you want to view information about your open order lines. This activity is intended for a
B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.
You can perform this activity in the lobby page Order Management for Customers and lobby link:
Open Lines from lobby element: Orders
Note: Orders containing rental order lines are excluded, regardless of existence of normal order
lines.
Prerequisites
- In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
- Only customer order lines connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User –
Customer page, are presented.
- Only customer order lines in status Released, Reserved, Picked, Partially
Delivered or Delivered, are presented.
Note: When called from customer consignment page, order lines in status Delivered are
excluded.
