View Open Quotations
Explanation
Use this activity when you want to view information about open quotations. This activity is intended for a B2B
user acting as a B2B Customer.
You can perform this activity in the Lobby Page: Order Management for Customers and lobby link:
Open and from lobby element: Quotations.
Notes:
- Definition of open quotations:
- Quotations’ header have Released status.
- They have at least one line in Released status.
- Their expiration date are not passed.
- Do not have any line in Planned status.
- Quotations with rental lines are excluded.
Prerequisites
- In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
- Only quotations connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer
page, are presented.
