View Open Quotations to Expire in 30 Days
Explanation
Use this activity when you want to view information about open quotations which will expire in 30 days. This
activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.
You can perform this activity in the Lobby Page: Order Management for Customers and lobby link:
Open (Expire in 30 Days) and from lobby element: Quotations.
Notes:
- Definition of open quotations to expire in 30 days:
- Quotations’ header have Released status.
- They have at least one line in Released status.
- Do not have any line in Planned status.
- Their Expiration Date is within 30 days.
- Quotations with rental lines are excluded.
Prerequisites
- In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
- Only quotations connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer
page, are presented.
