Add KPI Groups to Supplier Evaluation Setup

Explanation

Use this activity to add KPI groups and KPI group contributions into a Supplier Performance Evaluation Setup. This activity is intended for a user acting as a Supplier Relationship Manger/Procurement Manager or a similar role.

Note:

• Only the approved KPI Groups will be available in the list of values to add into the setup.
• KPI Group Contribution to the Total is a percentage value which indicates the KPI group contribution to the final score of the evaluation. Summation of the KPI Group Contributions in an evaluation setup should be equal to 100%. Otherwise the setup cannot be approved.
• KPI Group status indication will be useful to identify whether the KPI Groups are being changed in the middle of a setup. 

Prerequisites

Supplier performance evaluation setup should be in planned state.

System Effects

As the result of this activity, KPI groups and their contribution to the overall rating will be defined in the supplier performance evaluation setup.
