Add KPI Groups to Supplier Evaluation Template
Explanation
Use this activity to add KPI groups and define the KPI group contribution to the Supplier Performance Evaluation
Template.
Note:
- Only the approved KPI Groups will be available in the list of values to add into the template.
- KPI Group Contribution to the Total is a percentage value which indicates the KPI group contribution to the
final score of the evaluation. Summation of the KPI Group Contributions when you later on approve the evaluation
setup must be equal to 100%.
Prerequisites
- Supplier performance evaluation template header should have been created.
- KPI Groups must be defined and in status Approved.
System Effects
As the result of this activity, KPI groups and their contribution to the overall rating will be defined for the
supplier performance evaluation template.
