Enter Due Date and Remark
Explanation
Use this activity to enter due date and remark for a B2B enabled KPI which will be visible for the B2B supplier
through B2B portal. This activity is intended for a user acting as a Supplier Relationship Manger/Procurement
Manager or a similar role.
Note:
- Due date and remark can be entered only for KPIs with input value source B2B.
- B2B enabled KPIs without due dates, will not be visible to the B2B supplier through the B2B portal.
- Remark can be used to communicate a message to B2B supplier, which cannot be updated from the B2B
portal.
Prerequisites
The KPI needs to be set up with input value source B2B.
System Effects
- Only after entering the due date, B2B enabled KPIs will be published into B2B portal.
- Remark is not a mandatory field to execute an evaluation.
